David Haire

Hailing from the snow capped peaks of the north Cascades, David Haire loved drawing since he could remember.  It certainly got him into trouble more than once as hobbies tend to do when one's supposed to be doing schoolwork.
The love of drawing soon grew into a love of storytelling and over the years David filled enough sketchbooks to build a small house.  During college and after, David worked as a lumberjack, butcher, cheesemonger, and clerk along with a smattering of odd jobs and side gigs.
The drawing won out in the end and David now works as an independent illustrator in the quaint tourist town of Leavenworth, Washington.  A major source of his inspiration is the vast wilderness that surrounds the picturesque little valley.
